Travelling via Cebu:
Some airlines offer international flights to Cebu. From there you may take a fast ferry to Tagbilaran, Bohol. The trip takes 2 hours. There are Oceanjet, Supercat und Weesam.

Arrival in Bohol

Upon arrival in Tagbilaran there are many taxis and tricycles waiting for the passengers. The fare is about 150 for a tricycle, 350 for a taxi and 500 for a van from Tagbilaran to Bohol Vantage Resort. (Prices may vary a little bit, depending on negotiation.)

For tours to Tagbilaran, the beaches, the Chocolate Hills and other places on Bohol there are numerous alternatives to use:

From Bohol Vantage Resort to Tagbilaran:

Bohol Vantage Kia: 250 Pesos

Taxi: 350 Pesos

On the main road, which is about 800 meters away, you may catch motorbike-taxis (50 Pesos), Tricycles (depending on negotiation and daytime 100-150 Pesos) as well as multicabs and jeepneys (10 Pesos per person).

From Bohol Vantage Resort to the beaches:

Bohol Vantage Kia: 350 - 500 Pesos (depending which beach)

Taxi: 600 - 800 Pesos

Motorbiketaxi : 100 - 150 Pesos

Tricycle: 200 - 300 Pesos

Multicabs and Jeepneys: ca. 20 Pesos per person

The attractions of Bohol are not very far away (e.g. Chocolate Hills 65 Km). So you also may discover the island by riding a motorbike. For our guests we bought a Yamaha with manual gear and 5 automatic scooter which may be rented for a very competetive rate:
