This place is a vantage in the Philippines

Located in the Central Visayas, Bohol and Panglao Island surely are two of the nicest spots in the whole Philippines:
• Not affected by Typhoons like the northern part of the
  Philippines
• Not as hot as the southernmost parts of the Philippines
• Sheltered by other islands around Bohol, this place is
  Tsunami-safe.

  Beach) and only 15 minutes drive to Alona Beach with its
  dive shops
• Only five minutes drive to Tagbilaran, the capital city of
  Bohol
• Far enough out of the city not to be affected by its noise
  and smog
• High enough to experience tranquillity with the most
  gorgeous views over Bohol and the Visayas from Cebu to
  Camiguin (about 210 degrees wide angle) and also high
  enough to enjoy a nice summer breeze that feels comfortable
  and keeps away the hungry mosquitos (they prefer the
  lower less windy areas).
